We're on google!!!

It's not quite as good as being on TV but being on Google is still awesome especially for an avid googler like myself. You're probably wondering what I mean when I say we're now on Google. Sure you could find us there before if you searched for us but now, as of yesterday, we are being used as a legitimate news source for Coeur d'Alene's local news to be displayed in Google's news section. Awesome!!! That puts us right along side KXLY and the Idaho Statesman.

This is exciting but it means we need you, our viewers, more than ever to join us and add content to the site. Help us achieve the status of legitimate news source in a way that's on the cutting edge of social networking. You see, we're not like a newspaper in the way we publish our news. A news paper, like the CDA Press, would hire reporters and journalists to go out into the city and bring back a story that's news worthy. They would then go through a lengthy editing process, a layout mess, and then wait a few days before getting the article printed in the paper where you and I have to pay to read it. We, on the other hand, are a social network where any of our members can submit news articles to be published on the front page. It's an opportunity for all you aspiring journalists and writers to get your work read.

The interwebs are getting better every day.

Update: If you have looked at news.google.com today and wondered why you don't see lovecda.com yet, it's because only new posts will go up there and not any of the past ones. Write a news article for us and you'll be able to find it on google within a few hours.
