Bluegrass Park is located within the family friendly neighborhood of Coeur d'Alene Place. It has lots of wide open, well groomed space for playing. It also has a nice, small water feature for younger kids to enjoy (it's free). It's a newer park which means nicer facilities but no natural shade yet. All of the trees are skinny and around 10 feet tall. It does have one large, covered pavilion which offers shade.
