Kootenai Coffee

Kootenai Coffee is one of my personal favorites here in the CDA area. Great coffee, good food, polite servers, and an excellent environment all add up to one thing...a great experience.

Kootenai gives you the ability to pick up a drink on the go via their drive through window or choose to sit down and enjoy the comfortable decor inside or out on their patio, weather permitting.

When I am able to, I enjoy ordering my usual caramel latte and a piece of their delectable coffee cake (warmed up and served on a real plate). Just recently, they removed some of their product racks, expanding the seating area - a much needed and wise choice. At times, it can be difficult to find a place to sit. I've never tried their lunch menu, but it looks delicious. So, I guess I'll have to go there for lunch and add my comments later.

Kootenai also roasts their own coffee in-house. Their espresso roast is mild, which only means that I usually have to order an extra shot in my drinks to achieve the coffee/caramel balance that I enjoy. It's worth noting that their prices for regular coffee (either whole bean or ground) is extremely competitive. My wife and I enjoy their Kootenai Bold blend at home frequently. Their website lists their hours of operation as well as allowing you to review their entire menu online (with prices). Also, if you are so inclined, you may order coffee via their website.

Wi-fi is available here for FREE too. So, if you're looking for a place to grab a great cup of coffee and pull out the laptop, I highly recommend that you visit Kootenai Coffee!
